The terms, in plain words
These terms apply when you use the CelestiArt editor and when you buy a star map. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who we are
CelestiArt is made and run by Burak Kadan, an independent developer in Türkiye. Full details are on the seller information page. Contact: support@celestiart.com.
2. Who you pay
Payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle sells you the star map on our behalf, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment itself; these terms apply to the star map and to the editor.
3. What you buy
One purchase is one star map design, delivered as digital files. Nothing is shipped.
- Files: a 300 DPI PNG, a PDF at the exact print size you chose and an SVG, without watermark.
- Changes: for two hours after payment you can change the design in the browser you bought it in.
- Versions: each time you download after changing the design, one of three versions is used. After the third version, or when the two hours are over, the design is final. Downloading the same design again, in any format, does not use a version.
- Downloads: you can download your files as often as you like for thirty days after payment, on any device, through the private link we give you and email to you. After thirty days the files and the design are deleted.
Designing and previewing in the editor is free. One star map costs $12.99, including any sales tax or VAT; the checkout shows the total, in your currency where available, before you pay.
4. Immediate delivery and your right to cancel
Because the files are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you know you lose your right to cancel (withdraw from) the purchase once delivery starts. We confirm this in the email we send after payment. This follows the EU and UK consumer rules for digital content and article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
5. Purchases are final
Your files are delivered the moment you pay and cannot be taken back once downloaded, so purchases are final and are not refunded — including for a change of mind, after the change window, or after the three versions are used. If a file is faulty (it does not open, or does not match the design you bought), write to us and we will fix it or deliver it again. This does not affect your statutory rights. See the refund policy.
We keep a record of your consent at checkout and of each download of your files. If a payment is disputed or charged back after the files were delivered, we give that record to Paddle to contest it, and access to the files ends while the dispute is open.
6. Your licence
Your files are for your personal use: you may print them, frame them, give them as a gift and share pictures of them. You may not resell the files or the design, offer them as a product or template, or use them in a commercial service. The editor, its software and its artwork belong to us.
7. Your words
You are responsible for the text, names and links you add. Do not add anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We do not read or publish your designs.
8. Accuracy
Star maps are calculated from public star catalogues for the place and time you enter. They are decorative prints, not instruments for navigation or science. See how accurate they are.
9. Age
To buy, you must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the editor and your downloads available but cannot promise they are never interrupted. As far as the law allows, our liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to at checkout applies to that purchase.
12. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in. Please write to support@celestiart.com first; we answer every message. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the consumer arbitration committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or consumer court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for their area.
