About paying
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay $12.99 once for one star map. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What if I want more than one star map?
Each design is its own purchase at $12.99. Designing and previewing any number of them is free, so you only pay for the ones you keep.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The price includes sales tax or VAT where it applies. The checkout shows the exact total before you pay, and Paddle emails you a receipt.
Can I change my design after paying?
Yes, for two hours: fix a typo, try another colour or size, and download again. You can make up to three versions in that time. After that your files stay available to download for 30 days.
How much does printing cost?
That depends on where you print. A photo counter or local print shop is usually the cheapest and fastest; our printing & framing guide explains the options and sizes.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered straight away, purchases are final and are not refunded when you change your mind. If a file is faulty we fix it or send it again. Details are in the refund policy.
