Purchases are final
A star map is digital content delivered the moment you pay, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

- Before you pay, you can design and preview for free for as long as you like.
- At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once delivery starts. After that, purchases are not refunded.
- For two hours after payment you can still change your design, and download up to three versions, at no extra cost.
If something is wrong
If a file is faulty — it does not open, or it does not match the design you bought — write to support@celestiart.com with the receipt Paddle sent you. We will fix the file or deliver it again. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Disputes and chargebacks
We keep a record of your consent at checkout and of each download. If a payment is disputed or charged back after the files were delivered, we give that record to Paddle, our reseller, to contest it. See the terms of sale for the full terms.
